However, I find my hips do much better if I try to get some physical activity in most days and watch my posture. But then, I'd rather do that then have everyone in my office ask why I was standing up all day. I can't imagine that being in movement every single waking minute would be good for you. And standing up for long hours probably won't do wonders for your joints or your circulation either! I like the idea of the therapy ball though!
